Our stay at the cottage was exceptional value for money. The room was very comfortable and clean, providing a much-needed respite during our road trip. The location was perfect, with a lovely pub and scenic walks nearby. The host was incredibly accommodating and had great communication, even allowing us a later check-out time to fit our flight schedule. Plus, the warm welcome with fresh scones, butter, and jam was a delightful touch.
The only thing that could have improved our morning meal was the addition of a homemade cake or scone upon arrival, after a long journey. It would have made the experience even more welcoming and enjoyable.

Alles was oké.

The location of the cottage is absolutely beautiful, with a tranquil view overlooking a green. It is also conveniently close to a pub and some great walking paths. the lounge provides a stunning view of horses in the nearby field, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the host was responsive and accommodating, making sure the beds were arranged to our liking. These factors added to the overall positive experience.
It is unfortunate that some areas of the cottage, such as the shower and sink taps, were not as clean as they could have been.

I was welcomed with fresh scones, butter, and jam, which was a lovely touch. The cottage had everything I needed, including a hair dryer. The host was excellent and responsive to my requests.
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the early check-out time of 10am was slightly inconvenient on my last day.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the cottage, it felt like stepping back in time. The cozy furniture and beautiful wallpaper made me feel right at home. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with wide doorways and comfortable seating areas.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could offer a few more amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. A grab bar in the shower or additional handrails throughout the cottage would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.
